It's important when God gives you a dream and vision make sure you write it down and share it with fellow believers who will pray along with you and believe God with you. Then after a time when the dream and vision turn into an actual plan write down your goals :)
Goals to ending homelessness for families and individuals.
1. FIND HOUSING
Help people quickly find housing.
Build relationships with landlords to have access to as many housing units as possible.
Find and secure housing as quickly as possible after a person or family becomes homeless.
2. HELP PAY
Limit the time a family or individual spends homeless. Move people into housing within 30 days or less.
3. PAY FOR HOUSING
Help people pay for housing short
term; longer-term help an option.
Pay for security deposits and move-in expenses.
4. CONNECT families and individuals to services and supports in the community.
If a home is not immediately available, a host family would take in an individual or family temporarily until a home would become available.

The Message
The poor and homeless are desperate for water,
their tongues parched and no water to be found.
But I'm there to be found, I'm there for them,
and I, God of Israel, will not leave them thirsty.
I'll open up rivers for them on the barren hills,
spout fountains in the valleys.
I'll turn the baked-clay badlands into a cool pond,
the waterless waste into splashing creeks.
I'll plant the red cedar in that treeless wasteland,
also acacia, myrtle, and olive.

Since Aug. 31, a meme claiming that Mobile "is building a tiny house village to end homelessness" has made the rounds on Facebook. The post encourages people to "Like and share if you want something like this in your town."
Originally published by Dionne Mahaffey of Sandy Springs, Ga., the post was liked by more than 23,000 people and has been shared more than 127,000 times.
But Mobile isn't getting a village of tiny houses anytime soon.
The photos used in Mahaffey's post actually depict the micro-houses that are part of Community First! Village being built by Mobile Loaves & Fishes, an Austin, Texas-based social outreach ministry.
The Mobile Loaves & Fishes website (www.MLF.org) describes Community First! as "a 27-acre master-planned project in East Austin designed to provide affordable, sustainable housing and support for Central Texans who have been chronically homeless."
The project is "80 percent through construction, said Alan Graham, the chief executive officer of Mobile Loaves & Fishes. "We'll be done within the next 60 days and start moving people in."
Community First! includes a mix of affordable housing options, from fifth-wheel RVs to micro-houses to canvas-sided cottages, with amenities including a community garden, a chicken operation, bee hives, a medical facility, WiFi, walking trails and much more, according to the website.
Graham said he was unaware that photos of the tiny houses were being used to promote the idea of a homeless village in Mobile until he was contacted by an AL.com reporter. "But there's no heartburn here" over the mistake, he said. "It's no hair off our backs at all."
The mistake occurred, presumably, because Austin's "Mobile Loaves & Fishes" was confused with the name of the city of Mobile.
When asked via email if he knew about a proposed tiny house village, George Talbot, senior director of communications and external affairs for the city of Mobile mayor's office, wrote, "I can only speak for the City, but it's not one of our initiatives." He suggested that it could be "a private deal or nonprofit/church project."
"It's not happening yet, but we have people who are looking into it," Housing First Inc. Chief Executive Officer Eric Jefferson said. "We do have an interest as an organization in tiny homes, and we're trying to get the infrastructure in place to do that."
Jefferson first heard about the meme Tuesday morning, he said, when the chief operating officer of the homeless coalition made him aware of it.
Housing First is trying to turn the former Days Inn hotel on the Beltine at I-65 and Airport Boulevard into affordable housing units – a $10 million project, Jefferson said.
According to the most recent point-in-time count done on Jan. 29, Jefferson said, 640 individuals in Mobile and Baldwin counties met the "homeless" criteria as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). "But that doesn't take into account the number defined by the Department of Education as being homeless," he said, which includes some 6,000 kids.
"We're working with two and sometimes three different definitions," he said. "But the overall homeless numbers are down."
In the past three years, he said, 25 percent of people in the Housing First program "have gone to self-sufficiency," meaning they can pay their own rent and bill and don't need additional services.
A tiny house village to house homeless people isn't on its way to Mobile "yet," Jefferson said – but he anticipates that it could be on the horizon.

Utah's Chronic Homeless Rate Drops 91% When It Gives the Needy Housing
By the end of 2015, the chronically homeless population of Utah may be virtually gone. And the secret is quite simple:
Give homes to the homeless.
"We call it housing first, employment second," said Lloyd Pendleton, director of Utah's Homeless Task Force.
Even Pendleton used to think trying to eradicate homelessness using such an approach was a foolish idea.
"I said: 'You guys must be smoking something. This is totally unrealistic,'" Pendleton said.
But the results are hard to dispute.
In 2005, Utah was home to 1,932 chronically homeless. By April 2015, there were only 178 — a 91 percent drop statewide.
"It's a philosophical shift in how we go about it," Pendleton said. "You put them in housing first ... and then help them begin to deal with the issues that caused them to be homeless."
Chronically homeless persons — those living on the streets for more than a year, or for four times in three years, and have a debilitating condition — make up 10 percent of Utah's homeless population but take up more than 50 percent of the state's resources for the homeless.
The Homeless Task Force reported it costs Utah $19,208 on average per year to care for a chronically homeless person, including related health and jail costs. Pendleton found that to house and provide a case worker for the same person costs the state about $7,800.
'THEY'RE PART OF OUR CITIZENRY. THEY'RE NOT THEM AND US. IT'S "WE."'
"It's more humane, and it's cheaper," Pendleton said. "I call them 'homeless citizens.' They're part of our citizenry. They're not them and us. It's 'we.'"
For six years, Suzi Wright and her sons, DJ and Brian, shuttled among friend's homes, a van and the Salt Lake City homeless shelter.
After Utah gave Wright a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, she got a job as a cleaning supervisor at her apartment complex.
"It makes you feel a lot better about yourself, just being able to support your family," Wright said.
Those given apartments under the Housing First program pay rent of 30 percent of their income or $50, whichever is greater.
Army veteran Don Williams had been sleeping under a bush for 10 years when Utah offered him an apartment.
When he realized they weren't joking, he "jumped for joy," he said, laughing. "It was a blessing. A real blessing."

Abba Father, We come boldly before Your throne to obtain grace to help in time of need. We have confidence in Your Word, and we take hold of Your promises to heal us. According to Isaiah 53:5 and 1 Peter 2:24, We resist sickness and disease. We speak with our mouth and believe in our heart that we are healed of all sickness and disease.
Your Word says that Jesus bore all our sickness and diseases, and He carried our sorrows, so we receive healing now. We know and declare that Jesus is our Healer. We give You all the praise for providing everything we need to walk in wholeness.
Thank You for satisfying us with long life. Abba Father, we are thankful that You are no respecter of persons. What You do for one, You will do for all who ask and believe by faith.
Satan, I declare to you in the Name of Jesus that you have no authority over me. According to Matthew 18:18, we bind you from operating against us in any way. Our life is hidden in Christ. You have no power to bring any part of the curse upon us. We take our stand as one who is redeemed from the curse. So you must flee now! We take our place in God and we resist you.
Abba Father, we worship You. We give You reverence. We confess that Your Word will not return to You void. We praise You for Your protection and for Your goodness upon our lives. We thank You that Satan is unable to penetrate that. Thank You for bringing total healing to us. Your Word says whatever we ask for in the Name of Jesus will be done for us. So we declare this is done. Our healing is complete. In Jesus Name! Amen.

Abba Father,
You are the all - powerful One. You are my Creator and my Sustainer.
You are able to do all things – even impossible things.
I come today to recommit myself to you – to recommit my life to you.
Forgive me for choosing to follow sin and becoming addicted.
Forgive me for what I have done to my mind, my emotions, and my body.
Forgive me for setting my will on sinful things.
Forgive me for allowing the enemy to have a stronghold in my life.
Forgive me for the relationship problems that I caused because of my addiction.
Lord, I will seek to heal my relationships.
I will humble myself and admit my responsibility for damaging my relationships.
Lord, I ask you to help those I have hurt. I ask you to heal each of them.
I ask you to strengthen them, restore them, and bless them.
Thank you, Lord, for your everlasting Love.

Are you Homeless?
1. Grab yourself a $10/month gym membership at Planet Fitness so you stay clean, you'll need money down, a checking account and ID.
2. If you're camping out in your car, make sure you park overnight in a well lit area where other cars park (like a hotel). It's VERY Important to park next to other cars so you won't be bothered
3. Try to have three outfits and wash your laundry often. Dress nicely everyday.
4. Eating out can be difficult if you don't have too much money, but there are places like Panera Bread and Starbucks that have a point system where you can earn free food! I eat at Starbucks almost everyday! 1. Grab yourself a $10/month gym membership at Planet Fitness so you stay clean, you'll need money down, a checking account and ID.
2. If you're camping out in your car, make sure you park overnight in a well lit area where other cars park (like a hotel). It's VERY Important to park next to other cars so you won't be bothered
3. Try to have three outfits and wash your laundry often. Dress nicely everyday.
4. Eating out can be difficult if you don't have too much money, but there are places like Panera Bread and Starbucks that have a point system where you can earn free food! I eat at Starbucks almost everyday! 2. A lot of poor/homeless don't have places to cook canned/fresh food...so the answer would be gift cards for Boston Market, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Wawa, and Panera Bread.
Gift cards for Walgreens, Rite Aid and CVS are also helpful for personal items. Gift cards and cash for gas is helpful too, especially if they live in their car.

A Dream and A Vision of Hope
We all need rest, we've all been in some type of emotional and physical pain. It's so essential that if you miss time, your body and mind will suffer. I've experienced loss of proper sleep by being in emotional and physical pain. I've lost a home, had to put everything I owned in storage, gave my belongings away, been homeless, lived and traveled in my car. I'm Passionate about Helping the Homeless because I lost my home in August 2011 due to Hurricane Irene. I've been blessed to have a car. I've met other homeless people who don't have a car to rest or travel in. Some have lost their home through natural circumstances or have lost jobs and have debilitating health problems. Most of all, the worst loss anyone can face is the loss of hope. There's no pill or substance that can give you hope. There's only a Perfect Love that can give you Hope. Once someone knows The Love of Jesus, He will give you True Peace.
I want to share my Dream and Vision of Hope with you. Because I didn't choose to be homeless, I truly believe it's the path God chose for my life, so I could see some things. My Prayer is to have Homes of Hope so people can rest and feel safe. Give people hope, real hope. Not occasionally when the weather is too cold or too hot, but a real place to live. Give people dignity, a place to belong. We're all part of a family, a great big family that cares for each other. When one person is broken, we lift each other up.
Homes of Hope would enable people to work and be cared for so no longer would they be seen as a burden on society. It would allow married couples to enjoy each other's company. It would allow families to stay together.
Isaiah 58:6-14
"Here is the sort of fast I want —
releasing those unjustly bound,
untying the thongs of the yoke,
letting the oppressed go free,
breaking every yoke,
sharing your food with the hungry,
taking the homeless poor into your house,
clothing the naked when you see them,
fulfilling your duty to your kinsmen!"
Then your light will burst forth like the morning,
your new skin will quickly grow over your wound;
your righteousness will precede you,
and Adonai's glory will follow you.
Then you will call, and Adonai will answer;
you will cry, and He will say, "Here I am."
If you will remove the yoke from among you,
stop false accusation and slander,
generously offer food to the hungry
and meet the needs of the person in trouble;
then your light will rise in the darkness,
and your gloom become like noon.
Adonai will always guide you;

Today I speak HEALTH and LIFE into my body, I speak words of FAITH to my spirit, I speak words that will bring JOY into my heart as well as to others, NOTHING Satan can bring to me will defeat me or bring doubt and fear because my God did not give me a spirit of fear but of POWER, LOVE, and a Sound MIND. I was created to : to BE A CONQUERER, TO SUCCEED, TO BE HAPPY, TO BE HEALTHY, TO WALK IN FAVOR, TO BE PROSPEROUS, TO LOVE AND BE LOVED, TO HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST. Today "I CHOOSE TO BE BLESSED." IN JESUS NAME, AMEN!!!

Do you pray?
Do you pray?
I pray to my Abba Father, I pray to my Daddy who is in Heaven. I pray to him like I am a six-year-old little girl. I drew a picture for him today I wanted to share. I told him about how I shared with others. I was just so happy and I reached my arms to him and he picked me up when I said Up, Abba. The pride in his eyes was just so wonderful. It's not really silly to talk to someone you can't see in person. But you have his Holy Spirit living inside you so you can see him when you close your eyes. It says in the word to become like a little child. In my Daddy's eyes, I am his little child* *bee* =:)

PRAYING FOR OUR PASTORS
Abba Father, I thank You that our pastors are faithful,
and that You preserve them.
That they abound with blessings,
and do not grow weary in well doing.
That You who began a good work in them will perfect it.
They are Your workmanship created in Christ Jesus,
and equipped in every good thing to do Your will.
Work in them that which is well-pleasing in Your sight.
Let all grace abound toward them, having sufficiency in all things,
and an abundance for every good work.
Because they have sowed bountifully, they will reap bountifully,
and whether they plant or water, Father, You give the increase.
I pray that they continually triumph in Christ,
diffusing the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.
That all blessings come upon them and overtake them,
because they obey the voice of their God.
Instruct them and teach them in the way they should go;
reveal the deeper things of God to them by Your Spirit.
Let them be vessels of honor, sanctified and useful for the Master,
prepared for every good work.
Shepherding the flock willingly, eagerly, and being an example to them.
Their speech and preaching is in demonstration of the Spirit and power.
And they are instant in season and out of season to preach the Word.
Every place the soles of their feet tread upon has been given to them.
They are strong and of good courage for You, Lord, go with them.
They wait on You, and You strengthen them in their heart.
Help them set in order things that are lacking,
and appoint elders in every city.
I tear down the strongholds over the pulpit.
I lift up our pastors and cover them
with the blood of Jesus.
Sickness and disease shall in no way come near them,
for they are redeemed from the curse of the law.
NO weapon formed against them will prosper,
and every tongue rising against them shall be shown to be in the wrong.
Father, let the gifts and anointings on their lives come forth.
Birth the things that You have spoken to them in their hearts,
as they continually give themselves to prayer
and the ministry of the Word.
In Jesus Name, Amen!
